The Swedish RIDEF Participants

Here two of the twenty Swedish RIDEF delegation. Ulf Pahlsson and Lena Augustsson work with nine other RIDEF participants in the same Freinetschool in Goteborg.

 

In 1993 the Swedish governement allowed schools starting with their own paedagogical ideas. Then the first Freinet school started in Stockholm. Now about 250 Freinet teachers are working in 7 Freinet schools in differnet parts of Sweden.

 

Once a yer they have their national meeting for 2 or 3 days. It's like a small RIDEF with 160-200 teachers having different workshops and discussing pedagogical subjects.

 

This is Ulf's 3rd RIDEF. He thinks it's very nice to be part of an international movement.

So we'll proberbly meet agian in Spain.
